               In connection with the start of application on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (hereinafter: the Regulation) we present the following information:

              Ivory Ceramics Sp. zoo. collects and processes your personal data (name, surname, company name, e-mail address, phone number) as a result of voluntary their transmission, and their processing is necessary to provide the service to the contractor. We have your data from current business contacts and registration at, business and trade meetings, as well as individual telemarketing and mailing campaigns.

             The administrator of personal data is: Ivory Ceramics Sp zo.o. Providing your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of contracts concluded with you as part of cooperation and making any commercial transactions. For the purposes of performing contracts with you, personal data will be processed: first name, last name, e-mail address, company name and address, and telephone number.

Personal data will be used for the provision of services and contact with you in case of such need and for the consideration of any complaints or claims.

Failure to provide personal data results in the inability to enter into a contract with you, and thus service cooperation with us. Personal data will be processed until completion  cooperation with you and after its completion for a period required by separate regulations, e.g. for tax or accounting purposes.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled to:

               1. the right to access the content of data, pursuant to art. 15 of the Regulation;

               2. the right to rectify data, pursuant to art. 16 of the Regulation;

               3. the right to delete data, based on art. 17 of the Regulation;

               4. to limit the processing of data, pursuant to art. 18 of the Regulation;

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you feel that the processing of your personal data regarding the provisions of the Regulation is in breach.

Removal of personal data will result in resignation from cooperation with us.
